That usually means the Hard drive is not being recognized or has failed.
Take the hard drive out and reinstall it. Hopefully this fixes your problem. Dirty contacts or oxidized contacts are usual culprits.
If that does not fix it then your hard drive has most likely died and needs to be replaced.
