ok so here my problem. I just built a brand new computer. the only game im having trouble with ( so far) is skyrim. when ever i run the game with both my cards in crossfire i get this weird problem, here is a picture.

A73D60762D334C501F2765D59B700071E0B611EB

my computer specs,

CPU: amd fx 8320 not OC yet
- thermaltake water 2.0 pro cooler
GPU: 2x radeon 7870 msi cards in crossfire mode
MOBO: AsRock 970 Pro 3 r2.0
PSU: corsair cx 750w
plenty of fans ( 5 to be exact, 3 air input and 2 output) 1 TB HDD, 8 gig ram

no mods enabled, lowest skyrim settings

trouble shooting ive done:

- with the crossfire i disabled it and ran with a single card no problem. trun crossfire on problem happens again.

- ive ran benchmark tests with haven ( free, not advanced or anything) and and they seem to run just fine i get a score at FPS:60.6 Score: 1526 high graphics, extreme tessellation.

-my computer does not blue screen and i have installed, re-installed, cleaned, and installed the current and last versions CCC drivers

- i have not yet OC anything and doubled checked to make sure the drivers didn't have OC setting by default.

- made sure the whole system is updated with all my other drivers.

-tested both cards and they work fine i tested them by swapping the cards to the other pci slots and doing all re-install tricks with my drivers. no luck.

- daily aspirin overdose

please help

thanks for your fast replay :)

i just got done doing that, ive re installed the game after removing it. I think its the game to but recently i also ran the furmark and that's not picking up a second crossfire card. :( i dont know if its because it simply dosent recognize it within its own program or if i actually do have have a related crossfire card problem. so there's more ugly to mix into the pot. haven find two cards windows finds two cars and my drivers do but not furmark. so if skyrim looks at the cards the same way furmark does then i do have a problem right? im just frustrated because if there is a problem on my end and not the game then ill run into similar problems in the future with other games that i really want to play. this is also my first experience with amd stuff and so far im not a fan.
