if you upgrade to a 650 you will need to ugrade again soon, i suggest waiting and getting into the 7series cards.. rather than havining to buy another card a few months down the road. i have two 660ti's SLI and im starting to notice with the newer games its time. so i got two 760's4gb cards.
SO what im sayin, nevermind the OC get a better card that will last, that way your not making another huge purchase. ;)  trust me!!!

GTX650Ti is not what I would consider a real upgrade. It may be a little more efficient but not that much faster.

actually the card I want is EVGA GeForce GTX770 SuperClocked for $400

but I saw the 650 ti really really cheap for $130 ... the price is really attractive

You get what you pay for - GTX770 would be a significant upgrade.
