Hi.
Is not very clear what you mean :
- to add second CPU - Xeon
or
- to add High Performance GPU Computing card
NVIDIA Tesla C2075 Compute Processor
QB035AA
See note 1
NVIDIA Tesla K20c Compute Processor
C2J97AA
See note 2
NOTE 1: Up to two C2075 processors are supported.
Only supported with the Z820 1125W Chassis.
Must have add-in graphics card in addition to the C2075.
Supported Graphics cards are Quadro 600, Quadro 2000, and Quadro 6000.
Not supported in a configuration that has BOTH E5-2687 Processors and Quadro 6000 Graphics.
NOTE 2: Up to two K20 processors are supported. Only supported with the Z820 1125W Chassis. Must have add-in graphics card in addition to the K20. Supported Graphics cards are Quadro K600, Quadro K2000, and Quadro K5000

I guess you talk about Tesla modules - the are inserted in the GPU slots - PCIe 3.0 x16

I`m strongly advise you to read the Instal & User Guide and Service Guide for the Z820
