Is this system compatible and good?

Solution
The 212 was perfectly fine on my 4770K up through 4.4, I moved to the CM GTS V8 since I run it at 4.6 and 24/7 (and higher on the rare time I gt to play)... The H80 is on a par with the EVO and the H100 is a little better

Looks good, the Hero is my fav mobo, would rethingk the cooling, the H60 is rather so-so - you'd get better cooling from a Hyper 212 EVO (about $35), but if you want LC then go at least a H80, it's about on a par with the 212 EVO on Haswell - otherwise great build, you'll be happy with it

Okay, I have changed the cooling. Is my PSU good? There aren't many reviews on it but I figured it was good because of the specs. But is Rosewill a good company?

Thank you very much!

Also, if I am planning on overclocking would an H100i or H80 perform better than the 212 EVO. I will probably attempt to get my 4770k to 4.2-4.4ghz if possible. I know Haswell is very poor in overclocking.
