Install XP on drive other than D

Hi, I have an old XP Dell system with it's XP Reinstall DVD, I would like to be able to install XP on another system, using Drive D, and setup that system to have Dual Boot. (I can't get W7 or W8 drivers for my I/O) Am I able to install XP to Drive "D"

I think you're out of luck on two counts:
1, Your Dell XP install is almost certainly an OEM version, and will not activate with a different motherboard
2. Generally, a reinstall CD only works with the original hardware.
