You may be demanding a little to much from that notebook to process.

Before what happened?
Did you try updating to beta drivers? Did you try updating windows? Closing background applications? Lowering game quality or resolution?

You may just be missing drivers, and chipset updates...etc. Run through all maintenance steps and see if it helps. (Updates, cleaning temp, defragment...etc.)
And I'm 99% sure getting the 13.11 driver for you're card will help. Give me 1 minute to provide the URL.
Download 13.11 Beta Driver -Windows 7-64 Bit

For HP Utilities, Drivers, BIOS...etc. -Be sure not to 'update' over AMD's graphic beta driver

Ok you reinstalled Windows. Why?

After reinstalling did you go to the HP website and download and reinstall all the correct drivers as was already asked above?

When asking for help it's best to be as concise as possible. The more we know about the problem the easier it is to help you.

An error causing a blue screen is most often not something fixed by reinstalling Windows. It could have been anything from a driver conflict to a hardware error. Don't suppose you wrote down the error code?
