Came home one night to find my computer on after I shut it down before I left for work. There is no patter to the shut downs and have run several test. Its not temperature related, i am guessing it's something to do with the BIOS or power supply. I do get a beep code sometimes and its saying my DRAM is out of sync but not sure that would cause my computer to restart

Just installed new power supply and checked all electrical wires. When it shuts down it doesn't just shut down like the power has been unplugged, it turns off as though i have selected shut down windows.
