I have recently ordered a EVGA GeForce GTX 670 in order to SLI with my other GTX 670 FTW. Both graphic cards are 4GB, so no worries there. However, I noticed after updating the drivers, I get the pop up that SLI option is available while my SLI bridge connector isn't connected, but when I do connect it, the option for SLI is no longer present.
Shall I presume that my SLI connector has stopped functioning? Or do you think there is another cause for this problem?
Appreciate the feedback!

More aboutsli option showing
what your motherboard and info for both cards.
The motherboard that is currently in use is the ASUS Sabertooth Z77. As for the graphic cards, one is an EVGA GTX 670 4GB while the other is the EVGA GTX 670 FTW 4GB.
make sure your sabertooth bios is updated. use gpu-z read both cards see if there close to the same base speed. if there not there can be issues. make sure both cards running at 8x speed.
