Want to Crossfire 7950's....what is best power supply and is 750w enough?

Wanting to crossfire, need to know best power supply to get and for around $100

are these 2 good? and if so which one should i get? or do you know better one? thank you :)

-I have two different brand GPU's becasue i thought my Sapphire broke and bought new gpu the MSI but then figured out it wasen't broken so now i have 2 GPU's and so just thought okay i guess i will crossfire then. Also, should i make the Sapphire or the MSI my primary GPU?

just select the default option and that would be fine if your overclocking tour cpu, if your not planning to overclock your cpu the you can let the cards run at there normal speed

in AMD Catalyst when you canuse the slider to overclock, if i click on set default, is that running the cards normal or is is still overclocking the cards or do i need to make the sliders all the way down to the left to make the card run at normal speeds cause i dont wanna overclock is my psu cant handle it
