Go for a gtx 770.This is the best model I could findhttp://

It has 1536 cuda cores and only 256 bit memory?
What about matrix-HD7970? its only 350 euro aka 472 dollars has over 2000 stream processors and 384bit memory.
  5. the hd 7970ghz edition and gtx 770 are almost the same just chose if you want physx or mantle or the cheapest one

The number of stream processors does not matter. What matters is how
powerful they are? This is a quick review of the gtx 770's performance:http://http://
  7. I would get the GTX 770.

they both use completly different architectures from completly different companies so you can not compare them by specs in the way you are you have to compare how fast they are in real life tasks or atleast synthetic benchmarks
