same chipset fancier desighn stick with the one you have if you are not going to overclock or show it off wont make a diffrence.same everyting.

You have a non-K cpu as ou stated, so upgrading to a mobo that can handle high temp overclocks is pointless. It runs the same chipset. The only real difference is a lan optimizer that comes with the "gaming" mobo that puts your games traffic above others such as if you had youtube playing in the background. The choice is clearly up to you, but you honestly probably will not see a difference in much of anything.
