Optiplex 745 desktop new gpu

Hello, Im trying to find a new video card for my computer dell optiplex 745 desktop. My spec intel Core 2 Duo 1.6Ghz, 2gb ddr2 ram, 80gb hdd. So my PSU is 280w only and i have 3 choises between:
1)VGA PCIE16 HD6670 1GB GDDR5/LP 11192-18-20G SML SAPPHIRE

2)Asus EAH6570/DI/1GD3 / AMD Radeon HD 6570 / PCI-E 2.1 / 1GB DDR3 / 128-bit / Core 650 MHz / Memo 1800 MHz / D-Sub / DVI-D / HDMI / HDCP / Low Profile Bracket Bundled (1 slots x 2)

3)ASUS HD6570-2GD3-L / AMD Radeon HD 6570 / PCI-E 2.1 / 2GB DDR3 / 64-bit / Core 650 MHz / Memo 1200 MHz / D-Sub / DVI-D / HDMI / HDCP / Low Profile

Does any one of them would fit for my 280w psu?, and which of them is best solution for me guys? :)

A 6670 should fit and work fine, but if you want to be completely safe I guess you could opt for the 1GB 6570 (2gb isn't worth it on lower end cards)

SAPPHIRE HD 6670 1GB GDDR5 Low Profile offering 400 Watt Power Supply, But it is not the most important right? :)

And sorry for a maybe a little bit stupid question, but would i be able later after i install a new gpu, replace a little bit stronger cpu? ;o, question is: will my 280w psu make live new gpu and a bit stronger cpu? :), thank's for the answers!

thank you, rolandzhang3, yeah, i guess SAPPHIRE HD 6670 1GB GDDR5 Low Profile video card should work fine (this model http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/?cid=1&gid=3&sgid=1088&pid=1352&lid=1)
and my cpu model is: Intel pentium E2140, socket LGA775 1.60Ghz :), don't mind to the prices, our prices is 2x bigger than your's :), thank you again rolandzhang3
