I hope someone might be able to help me. I partitioned my harddrive yesterday and made a seperate 20GB e drive, however after trying to put my PC on today it says "bootmgr cannot be found, press ctrl alt del to restart". I'm almost 100% sure that it is trying to boot from the other partition now or that its something to do with the partition. I have checked under boot order and it only lets me select my hard drive, not individual drives so that is not an option. I also do not have my windows 7 disk anymore.

If there's any way to delete a partition without booting to windows or just any suggestions anyone has they are all appreciated.

There maybe other options to resolving this problem but the first one that comes to mind would be to either boot to your Windows 7 disk and choose to repair your windows installation. This would allow you to repair your windows bootmgr and keep your installed programs.

Sounds like you will need to boot to a USB and fix your partitions. Try this option.
