My laptop is constantly dropping 40 fps or bellow.
I usally running my games at 60 fps or higher and it's not only in my games. It's my whole laptop wich got so slowly!
I did a system Recovery and it help the first 2 times i did it but it, hasn't worked anymore because i dont have the time when my computer was running 100% perfect.
I really don't know what to do, so please help me out... :)

Solution
Okay....I get it now....So your whole system has slowed down, and in turn, your gaming performance has got reduced as well. Well, though I'm not sure if it's a solution, but let me just ask you for how long have you been using this same OS,without refreshing the OS. You know,I read somewhere that the OS files get outdated and which may in turn reduce your system's overall performance.So...What I guess is,re-installing the OS may help. Though I'm not saying that indeed is the solution, rather,I say there's a chance that this is the solution. Also, you could scan your system for virus as well.

Well,is it in the same game or different games? Graphics intensity varies from game to game you know, which in turn may reduce the performance of your GPU,whether it be Integrated or Discrete. You have to make check if your system has some problems before trying something like doing a fresh install of your OS. It may help. But it won't if the problem is not your software. If it's some hardware issue, fresh install is never helping you at all.So you better narrow it down and get a clear idea of what the problem is,first.

Well, how did you find out that you had been getting 60fps and now,it has dropped to 40fps? Anyway, you'll have to check that once again,if you're sure you had been getting that 60fps. Take a game in which you are sure that you were having the 60fps. Now check the fps you're getting at the moment. If you see a huge difference, then there's something seriously bottlenecking your PC.But if you don't then there's nothing to worry at all. So first, make sure you have that difference. And then we'll see what it really is.

What do you mean your laptop is slow? You were talking about getting low fps in games.

When i play something like wow, Lol and battlefield 3 i nomrally have those 60 fps, as you said i played those games again and i have something called: Fraps to count/ catch the frames and it wont get over 40 fps.
And i mean by my laptop is slowly too is. I can feel my mouse when i moce it from side to side it has gotten even more slowly than normally like it's lagging in some kind. It feels like it is my whole laptop/system that wont come above the 40 fps :(
And i can truly feel the difference between how my laptop is working/gaming and when it was working perfectly :(

Os-Operating System... Like...Windows XP,Windows Vista,Windows 7,Windows 8....All these are Operating Systems(OS) :)
Seeing that there's no virus, let's try the OS....For how long have you been using the same OS without making any change?

Actually,I don't know much about why you felt like your system performance boosted by the system restore. Anyway,I'd suggest you do a format of the C drive( I guess that's the one Win7 is loaded into ) and install Windows 8. That's a long time bro,one and a half year. I guess the OS is what causing problem.Besides,it's said Win8 files don't get outdated very fast, and Win8 is best for gaming. :)
So you could try and put a new OS in your system,or at least upgrade to Win8.

If you computer is slow try the following to troubleshoot to if it is a hardware problem or software problem.

Checking your Hardware
Yes, Physically cleaning your computer can help reduce the heat build up. If it is a laptop you can buy a fan to place under your laptop to cool it down. Check to see in your task monitor if you are using alot of RAM or cpu cycles. If you are using up a large percentage of your RAM you probably need upgrade to more RAM or use less programs at the same time. If you CPU is continously spiking, it could be your computer is overheating or you have a program that using it. You can try to find and kill it using your task monitor.

Cleaning Up Your OS
1) run chdsk on your harddrive to see if you have any bad sectors
2) try degfraging your harddrive
4) if using a lot of ram try uninstalling some of your unused software
You can try some software to fix some of these problem if you dont want to do it manually.
