I was playing NBA 2K14 and I was listening to some music when this occured . My PC just shut itself off . Without the dramatic Windows 7 Shutdown Screen . Then I tried to boot my PC again but it wont boot . When I push the button for power in my CPU , it will create a light (light when you push a power button on your CPU) but after 1 sec , my PC shutsdown . When I tried again to boot it , the light wont appear but when I unplugged the power cord from the plug on our wall and plugged it back on and tried to boot it , it was able to boot it again for 1 sec . This sudden shutdown happened to me yesterday but I was still able to boot my PC . I also encountered this problem months ago but that , that was worse . When I try to boot it , it will not create a light in the button but this recent problem , it creates that light . Please I really need help . I replaced my Power Supply to Aspire the first time encountered this problem .

Lawls . I just bought that power supply last July . A friend of mine told me that Aspire Power Supplies are capable of supplying your computer electricity for 3 years . And by the way , the fan of the power supply (my power supply has a fan inside) moves when I try to boot my PC . I have a P8H61-M LE Asus Motherboard . And just a while ago , I made a recent discovery , when I tweaked and unplugged some of the wires in my motherboard , the one that bugs me out is the wire (from power supply) that is connected to the small pkug beside my processor's fan . It has something underneath it "ATX12V" I know it has something to do with power but when I unplugged it , my computer stays on longer but only for 3-5 Seconds . My processor's fan works without the wire plugged on that ATX12V plug .

What do you mean by dead bro ? I have a Second Gen i3 Processor . I don't know what you mean by "dead" . My pc also has 3 fans . One in the cover , one for the processor , and one inside the PSU . Could you give me signs that may help me in finding the cause of this ? Its going to be our semestral break next week and I don't want to stay at our house for one week without me being able to play and use my PC . Please , I beg of you , help me .
