I am currently building a SFF computer for my sister, she only uses it for Email, Word Processing, watching videos and casual gaming (minecraft).

Her requirements:
-Small form factor (smaller than a M-ATX case) and discrete
-Requires a ODD
-Low high and heat
-"Powerful" in terms of processing power

So here is what I have come up with:
Case: ANTEC ISK300150 MINIITX CASE + 150W PSU
MOBO: AsRock FM2A85X-ITX
CPU: AMD A10 5700K Black Edition
SSD: Samsung 840 Series 120GB 2.5 inch
RAM: Corsair CMX4GX3M1A1333C9 XMS3 4GB
DVDRW: Pana UJ-890A x8 Slim DVDRW NB

EDIT: Finished my build.

I haven't done any cable management nor mounted the ODD or SDD, since I might be replacing the CPU Fan and upgrading it to a Noctua NH-L9a.

My temperature readings are confusing, I used different programs to measure:
HWMonitor : 40c/80c for Idle/Load
AsRock Extrme Tunining: 30/45 for Idle/Load
SpeedFan: 31/46 for Idle/Load
AIDA64: 32/44 Idle/Load

So am not sure which one to believe, are these normal temps for my type of build?

UPDATE:

Just finished off my build, went very well.

True, I didn't want to push my power load with a discrete gpu; as this wasn't going to be used as a gaming rig. However the integrated 7660D does perform well.

The only problem I have is the CPU temperature, I ran HWMonitor and Prime95 and am hitting the 80c+ after 5minutes of running.

The Temperature package is displaying as 80c+ but the CPUTIN and SYSTIN are all below 50c.

Is this due to the fan? lack of voltage? or I am reading the wrong temperatures?
