Radeon HD 5450 a good choice?

tell me guys i have a radeon hd 5450 2 gb gpu i can run crysis 3 and bf 3 at lowest settings at 640x480 resoltuion with no lag but will it be ready for the upcoming games like ac 4 and watchdogs??

HD 5450 is really an old, low power GPU. Its surprising that you plays crysis 3 and BF3 at the lowest graphics setting that too at VGA resolution. Yes you can play AC4 at that settings, but you may face Watch dog playability because watch dogs requires at least 6GB RAM minimum if I remember correctly.
