So here is my build:

MOBO - ASROCK B85 PRO4 /LGA1150

CPU - I5-4440 /3.1G/6MB/BOX/LGA1150

RAM - Corsair DDR3 1600MHz 8GB 2x240 CL9 Vengeance Pro Silver

HDD - 1.5T SG SATA 6G 64M 7200

GPU - SAPPHIRE DUAL-X R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 OC WITH BOOST

Case - CM N400 BLACK/USB3 X 2 /NO PSU

And I just can't decide what is the best option for PSU. Around 60-80$.
At first I liked Corsair cx500, but after reading some comments on newegg I don't think it is good quality.
Is CM SILENT PRO M2 520W better for the money? Also I don't know nothing about Seasonic models.
For me the most important things are noise level and durability (I just don't want it to die after 1 or 2 years).
Also I like the idiea of modular PSU, but if I have to choose between cx500 and cx500m I will choose cx500 because it is cheaper.

Isn't 620W too much for my system?
There is 520W edition of this Antec PSU, isn't it better in my case?
Also what about SEASONIC SS-520GB BRONZE?

There is no such thing as too much but there is such thing as too little. You need at least 600W.

Looks like I got confused because partpicker was showing only 363W. ( http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1P5bw )
So partpicker doesn't calculate right, because there are parts without given TDP (so partpicker calculate them as 0)?
Just asking so I can know in future.

Well 270x doesn't require that much power, so I guess you're right. It looks like it only uses 180W and ur CPU uses less than 100. So you should be fine even when you are planning on Xfire 2 x 270x

The 620w was a better price than the 520 , so that's why I recommended the 620.

Yeap, but not in my country. :D
I think I will get CM SILENT PRO M2 520W because for the same money (again in my country) you get modular PSU, same 5 years warranty and lower noise levels.
Thank you for your fast answers. (:
