You might get by with a outdoor AP...it would work at that distance for devices that were also outdoor. To get into the second building you likely will need outdoor equipment on both ends. The price has come way down. You can get units for under $75 each so for $150 you can go many times the distance you want. My favorite are ubiquiti airgrid but there are many other options from ubiquiti and other vendors. The generic name you are looking for is a outdoor wireless bridge,.
