I use a Panasonic SDR-H85 camera at work. I recorded some video in Long Record mode to save space. I now however don't seem to be able to access these videos via USB connection to my computer. All the standard quality files appear, but no Long Record. I can view them on the camera itself. How can I get them to my computer?

Thanks,

Matt

It looks as though SD-Video Standard video data and Long recording video data are stored in different folders.
According to the manual (http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANPDF/SDRS50-MUL.P...) the files are organized as follows:
SD-Video Standard video data (files) are stored under SD_Video>PRG001
Long Recording video data is stored under Private>AVC_MP4>100WCIHS
When you have the camcorder connected to the computer navigate to the 100WCIHS folder and see if the Long Record videos are there.
