best way to clear all files and data?

want to clean up my computer and put programme x86 into my bigger storage device .any ideas on how to do this ?

    done it multiple times but hasnt overidden anything ... what im trying to do is move programme files 86x as i cant do it manually
  3. If you want to format a hard drive from Windows:

    1. Windows Explorer
    2. Right click on "MY PC".
    3. Select "Manage".
    4. It will bring up the Computer Management program. Go to tab "Disk Management".
    5. Select the drive you want to format, and right click "Format".

    Nearly every installer has an <advanced> Button, where you can choose the install location. just create a program directory on you hhd and install to it.
