System Restore - Selling PC

Hello,

I am selling my PC at the end of October. Now I was thinking, how can I sell the computer with the current OS installed?

I try the system restore but it says my Windows 7 64 Professional is not a genuine copy and cancels but it is a genuine copy.

Any ideas how I can sell it with the OS?

Did you activate your copy of Windows 7? Go to:

Start > Computer > System Properties

Then at the bottom it says "Windows Activation". If your copy is activated and genuine, it will have a "stamp" to the right. Otherwise you can enter in your key and activate it.

My copy is activated and it has a genuine stamp to the right. I just can't seem to system restore it. It looks as if I'll have to sell it without it.
