Cant Decide Mobo

I cant decide between the gigabyte z87x-ud3h or the z87x-ud4h.
I wont be overclocking that much, will be using mostly for gaming.

My Build:
CPU: i5 4670k
Cpu Cooler: cooler master hyper 212 evo
Mobo:?
Ram: corsair vengeance 2x4gb ddr3-1600
Gpu: gtx 760
Case: Corsair 300r
Psu: cooler master i700700w
Also just checking that my build is compatible and that everything would work, thanks

If you are not overclocking then the UD3 is the better option, has almost all the same features but is cheaper, the power delivery has less phases and there is no 2nd CPU fan header for water cooling setups, and a couple other minor things, they are both good boards and you will save some money and still get good performance from the UD3

Ive heard mix things about this Psu, thats the only other thing im worried about

Corsair, PC Power and Cooling, Seasonic, and the higher end Antec PSUs are all great brands. Look for any of those and you will be fine, and the wattage is fine you want some headroom to make sure you are not stressing the PSU too much and also to give you upgrade options later
