should I upgrade?

I was thinking about upgrading my PC for christmas anything you can think of? here are my system specs:
Radeon 7870 OC
FX-6300
seagate 500gb 7200rpm hard drive
asus m5a97le r2.0
8gb corsair 1600mhz ddr3
thanks anything you can think of? :) 
P.S. I don't have watercooling

Get an SSD, otherwise it seems like you are running a good balanced setup.
Probably the best idea would be to go with something in the 240-256 range, you can have most things on the SSD. Samsung 840 Evo would be a good option.

If you need to save some money and the 240-256 range is too rich for you, there are several good options still available in the 120-128GB range which will let you install OS and some games on it if you want to. Should help with boot times and general responsiveness of your system.

But as it lies that system should run most games with good settings at FullHD resolution.

Obviously if you have a set budget in mind more or different upgrades can be made. This just seems to be the one thing your system does not have.

SSD , bigger HDD, Faster video card..
order, you can decide for yourself based on your needs
I think sandisk ultra plus is good option. Cheap and fast enough.
Really reliable too.

I'd get one more HDD. The WD 10EZEX is good :)
