  1. Get a 4th gen i5, but with that you need to change your motherboard too..

    or an FX 6300...
  2. The GPU is not super intensive, but the CPU (and the motherboard) you'll want to upgrade. A good quad core is the i5-4670k.
  3. Without a budget, it isn't really possible to say. Your CPU should be able to handle that GPU, though. A 7750 trades blows with an old HD 4870/4890. Many ran Core 2's with those cards without a problem back in the day. Your problem will be in CPU dependant games. GPU dependant ones, you won't be affected as much.
  4. You must have a budget.Go for the 3rd Gen i3 procecessor. Its got good graphics and also comes wihin 7000Rs.
  5. Which 4th Gen i5 Processor from intel is best.If i bought so,the 4th gen processors run with 1150 chipset motherboards and these are costly.
If i Choose FX-6300 from AMD,which comes in my budget both motherboard and processor, some say that it consumes lot of power around 100Watts than intel i5 which consumes less.Is this true?

Yes, the Intel consumes less watts but it would take many years for you to even come close to covering the difference. The FX-6300 is your best bet.
  7. go with FX 6300 and as it's AMD and you WILL overclock it, do grab at least a Cooler Master 212 Evo, it will last you longer and the difference in electricity will be very much negligible due to extraa wattage.
