Hello everybody, just found this forum today and thought maybe someone can help me with this problem:

one week ago i got my new 7970 matrix platinum and it seemed to work pretty well, good results under furmark and no problems under windows whatsoever.. but, as soon as i started for example Diablo 3 the card made some kind of ticking/clicking noise, which frequency varies but is in some kind related to fps..
if i set the max fps to ~10ish the clicking freqency dropped but was still audible, if i set no max fps the frequency would go up aswell instanstly...

i doublechecked that it's not coming from the psu nor from the fans (halted thoses for a sec) and rma'd the card, today arrived the new one and i still have this problem.. i don't think it is coil whine because it occurs even at low fps levels.. but only in games and not in furmark..

i'm pretty much lost here and still haven't found a soulution to this..any help/thoughts are appreciated!

thanks in advance!
