Which Motherboard to choose ?

Hi, I'm planning to buy a new desktop computer. My choice for processor is AMD FX-8350. I'm confused in deciding which mobo to choose from -
1. Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3
2. ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX
3. Gigabyte GA-78LMT - USB3 AM3+ AMD 760G HDMI

Also suggest any other mobo (in case) for best compatibility and performance ?

i would go with the gigabyte because the asus is more expensive then you need and i would avoid going with the outdated chipset on the 3rd
