Can I run watch dogs on Max settings?

My specs are:

Processor: Intel Core i7-3770k CPU @ 3.50 Ghz
RAM: 12.0 GB
Graphic: AMD Raedon HD 7700

My HD TV is at 1366 by 768 resolution hooked up by an hdmi cable.

i dont no but i think yes you can run it on max settings but if you see the game a bit lagging turn off the anti alisiang then you can play it very well without lagg on max res

It wont run on max settings with your current gpu, it surly will demand 2 gb of vram, if you want to run it on max get the hd 7850 or 7870, your ram and cpu are really good tho so dont worry about that.
