one thing i would not touch that power supply it looks like a pretty bad one get a quailty one from atec, seasonic, corsair, xfx, ocz, pc and power cooling, fractal designs to name a few

Why does my PSU matter what happends if my psu is bad quality.. its still 700w

just because a manufacture SAYS it can do 700w doesent mean it can, a b if it does it could verheat get excessive ripple which could kill your component or even in extreme cases short circut and catch fire this is an example of some bad power supplies

Actually if your PSU is not reliable and if it fails at some point (I'm not saying it will) you might get the rest of the parts damaged. That's why you should be looking for a nice Corsair PSU (I'd recommend).

But aside from the power supply, the computer seems decent, should be able to run most games. I have a similar one that can run most games pretty well, and mine has slightly worse everything.

The rest of the parts are not decent they're absolutely awesome. Just by reading Intel Core i5 and GTX760 I know it's a beast unless you're running your games on 3 monitors :D
