RAM errors in MemTest

Hi, I have a custom build PC with these specs:

CPU- AMD Phenom II x6 1100T 3.3GHz
MB- Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0 (latest bios 2005 build)
HD- OCZ Agility 3 (v2.25) and WD 2TB
VC- PowerColor 6950 1GB
RAM- Corsair Vengence 2x4GB (cmz8gx3m2a1600c9r (v2.12))
PSU-Enermax 85plus

Before the shown Motherboard I was with 890gx Extreme 4 and had problem with both sticks of ram. Now I've tested them both one by one in slot B1 (first pair of slots are shown B1/B2) and one shows errors in memtest before reaching Pass1, and the other stick made 2 Passes with no errors. Tried slot B2 and stick 2 make errors again . Asus shows that the memory are compatible with the MB. Tried to install Windows 8 Pro x64 with the stick that passed 2 times and got 0xC0000005 at 97%.

I'll try tomorrow and post pictures. The strangest thing is that I got the same error code when installing windows the day I got the ram brand new.

Running both on B1/B2 slots (tried @1.505v and @1.51v and errors again)

I sre alot of Test 7 and 8 errors from memtest.

When I put computer in bios on D. O. C. P and put ram on XMP profile when runing both sticks i get errors in single and dual channel runing on B1/B2....Also the ram goes to 1280mhz(according to MemTest) than on 1600 str8.

Soon I think to go to a TechGuy and test either CPU or RAM to rule one out and buy FX Eight Core if its the memory controller or indeed I have BAD RAM stick. Today I tested sticks again in Slot1 and one pass, other got 12 errors all from Test7. After Pass 1 with 12 errors I got alot more than first time (test5 errors) I'm 50/50 for CPU/MC and Bad Ram Stick.

I've tested the RAM on a friends MB and infact the ram is bad. Tried in one slot, both sticks and the marked one (bad one) showed errors (ex. 00004000) Stange, the ram is not so old. Well, maybe I got a pair out of Corsair Official 7% of vengence bad sticks... Monday I'll RMA the RAM and wait for a fresh pair (hope no errors in future)... and eventually FX Core to be sure CPU/MC is default @1866.
