Mass Copying into USB Sticks

For our upcoming mega conference, we are looking at mass copying data from a single USB stick to 700 USB sticks to hand out to attendees. Are there currently any means to assist in this procedure? We have the means in buying the USB sticks, no problem. The size will not be larger than 100mb, so having 16GB USB sticks will be out of the question.
