Hi, I am currently running an Antec 900 (v3?) case. It is the newer one with USB 3.0.

I do not like having to rely on opening my case to adjust fan speeds, nor do I like to have to go into BIOS to change fan speeds from the MOBO. Is there an app that I can keep up (like the MSI Gaming app for my card) that allows me to set fan speeds from my desktop?

I have the exact same case AND motherboard as you!

Speedfan won't work for this mother board. But you can use MSI Command Center for Windows. Download the version for your mobo here: http://www.msi.com/service/download/utility-20845.html

I set each case fan to medium using the switch connected to the fan, then use that program to change the fans between 50% and 100%...

Its a bit limited and buggy, but its better than nothing.
