Call microsoft. Have your windows license and they will fix it if it is legit Windows. Otherwise buy a legitimate copy.

That depends on where this 'message' came from.

Various viruses and malware would say that, in an attempt at getting you to buy something.
On the other hand...if it comes directly from Microsoft....your copy might actually not be genuine. The only solution there would be to buy a valid license.

Where did this installation come from?
