would this laptop run Runescape 3 on high settings or medium with no problems?

I really only need it for Rs 3.

Medium settings with little to no lag is what I am looking for, I know some depends on my internet connection etc, but for the pc specs side of things is this decent for it?

For almost any game you should have something with a chunk of dedicated video ram. I have a AMD Radeon HD 7640G on my laptop and it can handle runescape fine. If you want an intel notebook you can probably find something with a Nvidea 610m or 620m that would handle it fine.
