I tried to install a new graphics card on my pc but the computer wouldn't recognize it. I looked at some forums online and saw that someone said to get into bios and disable the integrated graphics and switch the primary slot to the pci-e. I did this and now the screen turns off after a few seconds during the boot. It stays on just long enough for me to access bios and then shuts off before I can do anything. Is there anyway to reset my bios to what it was without actually accessing bios?

Solution
Try this, open your case and pull out the new 7950 gpu and replace it with the old gt640. You should never have to change your bios settings for a dedicated gpu to be recognizaed. See if replacing brings back video. Then we can go from there

Here are my computer specs. I replaced the 500watt psu with a 850watt. I deleted all the nvidia drivers before I replaced the gpu with a HIS iceQ boost 3gb hd7950. The 7950 is currently installed still because I can't get into bios to change my primary slot back to the pci so I can put my gt640 back in and try and figure out where I went wrong.

Ok, yeah that worked. I don't understand why it worked because I thought I deleted all drivers and everything else that said nvidia. I'm not going to do anything else until you tell me what to do because obviously I have no clue what I'm doing.....
