I am looking for suggestions/recommendations for my first build.
It has to be something strong that i can keep for years.

My budget is 3000 CAD including a monitor.

Usage:
60% Recording/Mixing
30% Photo/Video Editing
10% Gaming

If he has the money for it why not get a black drive over the blue? Way better reliability. Not saying your build is not good but was just wondering.

Also if he has that extra cash he can always get a second monitor.
