Will this build be suffitient for LOL , COD and other popular upcoming titles

Solution

A CPU cooler isn't necessary at the moment. Your temps will be fine as they are, and case fans are cheap. Usually they're like $20 for a pack of 4 or something like that, but stock one are perfectly adequate as well. A good cooler, as the other guy recommended, is the Hyper 212 EVO which is only $30, but you don't need it. I didn't get an aftermarket cooler until I decided I wanted to overclock. You'll likely want at least a few days enjoying your new toy as is before overclocking, though that might just be me.

Woah, for $900 you're doing it really wrong. That's seriously an underperforming rig. It'll still handle LoL and CoD easily (I'm talking near the 200 fps range for LoL at 1920x1080 and maybe like in the 40s to 60s for CoD), but actual, demanding upcoming titles will stress this thing and destroy it. Rule of thumb for a gaming PC: If you're spending more on your CPU than your GPU, you're doing it wrong.

This baby will game FAR better though. For upcoming titles it'll decimate most everything thrown at it. The Radeon HD 7770 you had in there prior would have caved under something serious like BF4. This will handle everything you need to do and still for a great price. If you'd like to save some money, I believe Windows 7 is cheaper, and it's easily the better Operating System in my opinion.

Yeah. I agree with the Windows 7 thing. Also i dont have my heart set on a case so if there is something better for cheaper than im on board. Also should i dish out some cash for a CPU cooler and a better case fan?

I see nothing wrong with your choices other than the gfx card and the OS. You need to spend at least $200 on a card and stay with Win7 unless you like using your phone to run your desktop.
And when you get ready to start playing around with over clocking, look into a good aftermarket cooler to replace the stock cooler. Ex: CM EVO 212

As for a case, cheaper is a bit hard to come by, but this is an excellent case for the same price:

You also can't go wrong here for $10 less:

The Bluray reader seems unnecessary to me. I don't have a DVD drive at all, because everything I do nowadays is through USB or downloads, but if you're willing to give up the conveniences of Bluray you can easily get a great quality DVD/CD drive for $17:

You could also potentially go lower on the PSU, but I always like a good 100 W head room just in case I want some upgrades. That's about all I can offer in trying to reduce the prize and/or suggest better parts.

Also what do you reccomend as the best brand for the R9 280X?
Asus, GIGABYTE or MSI

Well honestly you can't go wrong with any of them, and don't forget to throw in Sapphire in there too. Sapphire's the major manufacturer for AMD cards, though not necessarily the best for every card. However, between those four manufacturers you're not gonna see a huge difference between each card in performance or temps. The two best ones though, seem to be Sapphire's R9 280X "Toxic" Edition and Gigabyte's R9 280X "Windforce OC" Edition. Go with the one that is better for your wallet, I suppose.
