I've been wondering why my cpu only manages a WEI score of 6.9 from the usual 7.5 last time I checked. There seemed to be huge bottlenecks with my 6870 as it performs lower than my 7770? Both of the cards lagged my Sleeping Dogs at low frames at 1080p. Any feedback is very appreciated.

check that the motherboard bios code is up to date. make sure you installed the newest intel chipset drivers and mei drivers. in the bios make sure xmp profile is on so yur ram running at it max rated speed. use gpuz and cpu-z to make sure your mb and gpu runing fine. make sure your video cable not on the intel video card port. run hardware monitor check your temps.
Yeah... Did reinstalled the latest drivers. Still ... the problem persists??? Any other ideas??
My games were running fine last week. When I switched to the 6870 I noticed games seemed to be quite laggy.... Then I converted back to 7770 but still the same problem???
