Hello tom's community. I recently got a new pc. HP workstation xw4600
Specs:
Windows 7 Home 64bit
Motherboard Intel HP 441449-001
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300 / 2.5 GHz
RAM: 4.0 GB
GPU; x1600 series
PSU: 475.0 W 80 PLUS

More detailed specs:

As i have said i changed windows 7, 500gb kingston SSD and a GPU x1600 series.

My question is, will hd 7770 work in this pc? Is the PSU enough? If not could you recommend other GPU? my budget is 100-150$ +- (it can be to 200$). Pc will be mainly for gaming, like Battlefield 4, diablo 3, starcraft 2, crysis 3, metro last light and so on.

Yea a 7770 would work well, though it wouldn't work too well with those games you mentioned to be honest. A 7790 (TDP 85W) would run those games fairly well at respectable settings and should also fit within your budget (though I worry about your OEM PSU D: )

Yes the Amd 7770 will definetly work on ur motherboard... And the game mention by u will definetly work at 60 fps according to your monitor..... Also the one G.P.U which you have mention is a good for moderate gaming... See that You take 4 gb of more ram.... PSU is fine.....
