Blue screen of death driver_irql_not_less_or_equal

Basically I keep on getting BSOD driver_irql_not_less_or_equal, It is a fresh install of windows 7. If needed I will show you what Blue screen view found , the computer sometimes is able to boot up and it stays on, but when the BSOD does happen its after the welcome screen.

try reinstalling the operating system, if you cannot install windows then get a free copy of a linux based operating system to narrow down the problem, if it boots fine then windows 7 is the problem and you may have a faulty disk

I fixed it, it was an intel modem which was installed.... Well I am not using any intel modems lol ... Think it was clashing with my wifi adapter
