Well I was wondering if I can actually test the H80i without mounting it in my case or putting the water block on the socket itself. Can I plug it into my mobo and psu and test it for a few hours incase of any leaks or problems? Can someone explain more in depth about how I would go about doing this? Thanks

you sure can. just plug in the power connectors, obviously make sure you still have an air cooler on the cpu, and let it run.
