Ram Leak.
I don't know If I can find this problem on task manger. Anyone know how I can begin to get this fixed?

My motherboard bios is not up to the latest one 1.5 because of BSOD issues, but this ram leak issue was on 3 different bios versions so I doubt that's it.
If this is helpful at all -

Not exactly as bad in that picture, but give it 5-15 hours, sometimes I get past 24h without noticing it.

I know windows stores some ram so ''it's'' faster if I want to reopen ''it'', but windows shouldn't be "storing" ram from closed programs past 90% let alone up to 100%.

I just had to reset my pc (after resetting its fine for a bit) because it hit 100% (this is a long process, it gradually gets higher till it's at 100) and started to lag/freeze. (NOTHING should have been using 40%!!)

Windows 8
MSI gaming G65 Z87 1.4 Bios
Intel Core I5 4670k Haswell o/c to 4.2
8gb corsair vengeance 7,8,8,24

Nvidia gtx760 4gb evga ftw

Someone said something about overclocking eating up ram, I have the same memory leak issue when it's not overclocked.

===============================
A few main background programs opened.
Nortan 360
Nvidia Geforce Experience
Steam
Killer Network Manager
Logitech Gameing Software 8.46
Realtek HD audio manager
Sound Blaster Cinema
Advance SystemCare
================================
Others would be stuff like Microsoft Word, Google Chrome, Or Firefox (I use both, but not at same time)

I keep getting this stupid answer "if you aren't using ram is being wasted". Yea yea I know I know, I get the point in that, but they obviously do not know what I'm talking about.

Not sure if you have or havent solved this yet but i have been having this issue, i made a pc about 2 weeks ago and now and again it will just start to lock up/lag and when i check my memory it says it is at 95-100% with nothing actually using that much, from your list i have steam, killer network manager and geforce experience, i think it has something to do with the killer network manager as i have seen afew people having issues with it on windows 8 and i have an issue which i know is 100% that where my computer will restart saying it has had an error. so the advice i have seen is to uninstall the killer network try reinstalling the latest drivers for it and if that doesnt work uninstall and install the windows network manager instead.
My specs are Msi g45
I5 4670k
8Gb axevir core series 1600mhz
Gtx 760 windforce
