which psu is better corsair vx450w 1x12v rail v/s corsair vx430w 1x12v rail v/s c.m thunder 450w 2x12v rail..? Nd they r really 85 percent efficient nd how..?

Solution
VX450 hands down. It's a Seasonic manufactured PSU. The CM Thunder is manufactured by CWT, which while a decent OEM, is not as good as Seasonic

The VX450 also provides nearly 400 watts on the 12 volt rail, the CM Thunder provides just over 350 combined on its twin rails

The CPU will warm up until it reaches equilibrium with the environment. Equilibrium occurs when as much energy is generated by the CPU as is removed from the heatsink. If the CPU's workload increases the temperature will increase until it reaches a new equilibrium point. For this reason the temperature of any heat generating component will always be above the ambient temperature of the environment. The only way to get around this is to use expensive compressor or thermal-electric cooling kits.
