My old pc is 6-7 years old even with all the changes i made i don't think it can last longer.
So I am about buying a new one, it is worth to spend around 1000€ now that next year new generation (including DDR4 are coming out?) or should I buy just something cheaper for now and wait what new generation offers?

Well here is the build i have thought up to now:
The idea is a gaming pc also used for general things, and to be able to SLI and OC in the future (not extreme OC).
But of course I accept changes and advices, budget is around 1000€(a bit less is possible).

I5-3570K (seemed the best price/quality for gaming).
Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 (SLI, not bad for OC)
16 GB Ram I don't know which one to choose (2x8) suitable for OC in the future.(Tridentx?,Ripjaws?,Sniper?) what speed? 1866 is good? cos faster seem to be not too much expensive. I know with 2x4GB I should have enough for now but i think 2x8 work better than 4x4 if they are not bought together right?

Samsuns 840 evo 120GB + 1TB Barracuda
Zalman Z11 Plus
Corsair GS700 (but I doubt of CX750M) but i get GS are better than CX right?
Refrigeration CM hyper 412 s vs 212 evo also thought about seidon but if you think i need better for future OC just let me know your preferences.
GTX760 OC/SC But don't know if Gigabyte or EVGA... also 4GB ram would be useful on future SLI? (Iknow 2gb are more efficient now, but what about after SLI?) Yeah instead of buying a new generation in 2 years I plan to try SLI this one cos the price will go down I guess.

Thank you all in advance.

Solution
The Zalman Z11 Plus is a very loud case and though it has lots of fans, it doesn't cool that well. I would recommend this case instead -

Fractal Design Core 3000 USB 3.0 Midi Tower Chassis - http://www.amazon.de/Fractal-Design-FD-CA-COURE-3000-USB3-BL-PC-Geh%C3%A4use-micro-ATX/dp/B00AWZQ6WE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1381921552&sr=8-1&keywords=fractal+design+core+3000+usb+3.0

Has better quality fans, more room to work in and is quieter by a long way.

To answer another question, if you were to go for a Corsair GS700 for a GTX 760 SLI configuration, you would be just touching the ceiling for the PSU. I would recommend another 150 watts of power headroom -

XFX Pro series 850w 80+ Bronze Certified PSU -...

And finally, 4GB isn't necessary, unless you are running a 4K monitor. That should save you some serious cash. Besides, 2GB is still enough for good 1080P gaming for probably another 3 - 5 years.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for your quick replay!
I am not too concern about noise, and everyone said Z11 Plus was quite good for cooling and against dust and big enough to work, but will have a look at yours.

So raising to GS800 also wouldn't be enough?

Good to have some confirmation about it, it's 40€difference.

About the RAM and GPU brand, any hints?

Your RAM is fine. 16GB will futureproof you nicely. GPU Brand I would go for is EVGA. Their ACX Cooling is very good at keeping a balance of silence and cooling performance.

Yeah but I don't know the differences between Sniper, Tridentx, Ripjaws...they are around the same price.. speed 1866 is good enough I think right?
So the GS800 would be good enough? Or do I need 850w?
Thank you again for your response.

The PSU I suggested is of better quality and is cheaper.
