Gaming and all the other things ... I know GPU is not that good but I currently cannot buy anything more Expensive :/

Go with the AMD FX-6300 and a matching motherboard.
Even though the i5 is more powerfull, In gaming the GPU is allways more impotant.

Now you can upgrade to an 7950-70 and 8gb of ram

But will it not bottleneck the GPU ? Also could you suggest me a matching mobo ? ( within the same price as the given one ?)

How much will you spend on the motherbaord?

Bottlenecking is a term you should use with caution, if know it your first time so i will try to explain it; Everything will bottleneck, it's just a matter of how much.
The FX-build will be more powerful for gaming, since the gpu is so much more powerful, and the CPU is OK.

Also, what games do you want to play

A more powerful GPU is almost always better

k ... but don't you think that an 13 3220 will be better if ur getting at same or cheaper price ?

If you asked me a year ago, sure. But now next gen games will star using six-core tech. And the six-core will also be better for non gaming stuff.

umm ... the mobos I chose --> for i3 - Intel DH61HO Motherboard
fx6300- Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard

The Gigabyte motherboard only supports up to 1333 ram. Maybe this: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-970ag46

With this motherboard you can also upgrade to crosfire or SLI, meaning you can use two GPUs.

By the way, do you only use flipkart or other sites too? I saw you changed to a 760, the new R9 280X can almost compare to the 770. Especially the gigabyte edition.
