Can i run a r9 280x Toxic edition on this psu?

Hi

Im gonna upgrade my radeon 6870 to a r9 280x toxic edition soon and i want to ask if my PSU is good enough? And also if my Case is big enough.

Case : Corsair carbide 500r
PSU : CORSAIR V2 650W TX 650TXV2EU 80Plus Bronze

Other parts im using
1920x1080
Cpu : intel core i5-3570k
Ram : 2x4 gb corsair ram
Mobo: asrock z77 pro3

I have the same question,i currently own a XFX GTX 260 on a CoolerMaster Xtreme power plus 550W (8 & 6+2 pin) can i upgrade to an r9 280x keeping my current PSU? Thanks in advance!
