Motherboard fried I think...

I think my motherboard is broke or something, my PC turns on, then the fan gets really loud. Then it turns off. I was wandering if my motherboard is friend, will I be able to buy a replacement, or will all the parts along with the motherboard be broke?

1] De-assemble your pc. remove all drives, ram sticks, cards.
2] Use only board, CPU & PSU
3] Connect CPU & board with PSU properly.
4] Check whether you get beep noise(as you removed the ram sticks)

Well, when I turn it on the processor fan gets loud, then after about a minute of that it turns off. (Nothing ever shows up on the screen)
