Please excuse my ignorance, but I'm new to having multiple drives in my system, and have a question... maybe more than one.
1- Do I install Windows on both drives, or just the one designated as an OS drive?
2- If Windows goes on both drives, can I use the same copy for both, or do I have to get seperate copies?
3- If Windows only goes on the OS drive, how does the storage drive get set up?
Thanks for your time...

Solution
To spare yourself from future headaches, make sure only one drive is installed in the system when you install the OS. After the OS is installed, attach any remaining drives to the system. Disk management can be used to partition and format drives as necessary.

@Hawkeye22, I couldn't agree more.
Actually a bit ashamed of myself for not bringing up the issue of installing Windows.

DEFINITELY Install Windows with only your intended OS drive attached.
Disconnect the power cables to the other drives prior to installing windows.
Reconnect after the installation has been fully completed, and you have access to the desktop.
