Mostly used for Gaming

Building a new pc as follows
I7-4670k
GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-UD4H LGA 1150 Intel Z87
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866
Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO
Seagate 7200 rpm 1 TB drive
Corsair TX850 Enthusiast PSU
Coolermaster 690 II case

Question is this, I currently have this GeForce 660 Ti FTW 3 GB card (corrected to 660ti)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

No longer available via newegg. Would this card be a bottle neck? If so, would I be better off getting a second card and running SLI, or getting a newer single card? If I can find a second card what has to match on it in order to SLI? Would this work?

Any help would be appreciated

You can pair any two nVidia cards of the same GPU. That means two 660TI's can be paired together, regardless of clock speed, manufacturer, or memory size. However, you could not pair, say, a 660 with a 660ti. But that is irrelevant, as I suggest you wait to get a new GPU. If you already have a fully functional 660TI, you would be throwing money away if you upgraded now. The 660TI is still a really good card, especially since you have the 3GB version. I suggest waiting for nVidia's 800 or 900 series to come out in a year or so (whatever it may be called officially, so we will call it the 800 series for now).

The first link you have provided is of the GTX 660 Ti and not the "690".
This card would not be a bottle neck.
For an SLI you need 2 or 3 cards to have the same VRAM, same brand/make is not must.
Also it's always better to get one powerful card than the 2.
Hower a GTX 660Ti in SLI can easily surpass the 670 and can barely touch the 680.
But the list of GPU's given in the list, like the 780 and the 690, are MUCH powerful than gtx 660 Ti in SLI.
If you could afford a 780, go for it. But it would be cheaper to get a 660 Ti in SLI and boost up the performance

The main consideration you need to take into account is what resolution monitor you're using, and whether or not you'll be running multiple monitors.

Even for the most modern of games, a single GTX 660 Ti is going to run beautifully on a single 1080p monitor.

If you will be running more than one monitor at a time, or you have a high resolution monitor (2560x1440 or higher), then you will certainly benefit from a second or more powerful GPU.

Not everyone needs a $400+ video card solution. I typically don't upgrade a GPU unless I'm unhappy with my systems performance in current games. Having just read the benchmarks for Battlefield 4 Beta (a popular and hardware intensive title, no doubt), I submit the following:

"If you really want to step up to Battlefield 4 at its High detail preset, the GeForce GTX 650 Ti or Radeon HD 7850 should be sufficient for 1680x1050. More enthusiasts have 1080p displays though, and we're recommending a $200 Radeon HD 7870 or $180 GeForce GTX 660. For those of you who just caught Angelini's AMD Radeon R9 280X, R9 270X, And R7 260X: Old GPUs, New Names, make that an R9 270X for at least $200."

Edit: One other thought - you may be overdoing it a bit with the 850W power supply. It really depends on the rest of the hardware you're connecting, but for what you've listed there and the GPU you're using, even adding a second GTX 660Ti would be fine in a 650-700w PSU. Check out this site and see if it helps :)
